Based on this information, Tradespoon rates each stock on its fundamental value. In rating the stocks, Tradespoon uses such variables as long-run earnings per share growth, duration of business growth cycle, volatility of EPS growth rate, beta risk of the firm, correlation between SPX and the stock. Once the fundamental strength of the stock is determined, it receives a score rating from 1 to 5. On daily basis, Tradespoon’s proprietary real time system, identifies best technical entry point for each individual stock. Our system uses options volatility, technical indicators and other proprietary signals to identify stocks poised for a movement in the next 5 days.
